Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Elliead, a service operated by Growmeo Marketing. By using Elliead you agree to them on behalf of your agency.
The service
Elliead analyzes Google Ads accounts you connect, shows alerts and recommendations, and applies changes you approve or that follow automation rules you set. Elliead is currently offered to a limited set of agencies.
Your responsibilities
- Connect only Google Ads accounts you are authorized to manage.
- Review recommendations and automation rules before enabling them. You remain responsible for your advertising accounts, spend, and compliance with Google Ads policies.
- Keep your login secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
Changes to your accounts
Elliead changes a Google Ads account only after approval by one of your users, or under automation rules your agency has turned on. Every change is logged. We aim to provide undo where Google Ads allows it, but cannot guarantee that every change can be reversed.
Data
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data, including data from Google APIs.
No guarantee of results
Recommendations are based on available data and may not improve performance. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Growmeo Marketing is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or advertising spend, arising from use of Elliead.
Ending use
You may stop using Elliead and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend access for misuse or non-payment.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post changes on this page with a new effective date.
